I get so fucking embarrassed when friends don’t say please and thank you at restaurants. If someone is busting their ass at a job that sucks, the least you can do is be polite.

Or to anyone in a customer service position :(

everyone should read danika’s rant about working customer service. the world really would be a better place if we all realized that the person behind the cash register/tray really is human (and a very stressed out human at that).
